Title Safety

All graphics, text, and frame composition elements should be placed within the safe title area to prevent key content from being cut off.
Video Levels
All video signals should comply with ITU-R BT.709-5 and video signals should not exceed the specified limits.
Video levels should not exceed 700mV, or fall below 0mv
Audio Levels
The loudness level of the programme material must be in agreement with the EBU R128-2014 directive, including the following delivery specifications:

- Target Level Tolerance : +/- 0.5 LU
- Maximum True Peak : -1dBTP
- Maximum Momentary : -15 LUFS
- Maximum Short Term Momentary (3 Sec) : -20 LUFS
**'Integrated Loudness' is the definition for the target of the 'Programme Loudness' stated in metres in conformity with EBU Tech 3341.

Clearance
No pre-clearance required.
In accordance with the codes of the CNA, any information or warning contained in an audiovisual commercial communication shall be broadcast in such a way that it is clearly perceived by the public, in particular by ensuring the following measures:
- It is presented statically, legibly and for a sufficient duration.
- Character size should be at least 32 pixels in HD high definition format
- Text must readable at normal reading speed.
Other Important Info
ProTv group recommendation: the commercial spot must not include the essential information on logos areas (Top-left area 450×150 px,Top-right area 192×160 px) otherwise will not pass PRO TV internal QC process.
It is strongly recommended and mandatory for PROTV to use the technique of motion compensation to create non-existent frames from the original footage for frame rate conversions. Interlaced cadence / pulldown patterns such as Europulldown and 3:2 reverse pulldowns are not accepted for PROTV.
