All graphics, text, and frame composition elements should be placed within the safe title area to prevent key content from being cut off.
Video Levels
All video signals should comply with ITU-R BT.709-5 (HD) or ITU-R BT.601-7 (SD) and video signals should not exceed the specified limits.
Video levels should not exceed 700mV, or fall below 0mv
Audio Levels
The loudness level of the programme material must be in agreement with the EBU R128-2014 directive, including the following delivery specifications :

Audio Description
Audio Description (AD) makes content more accessible to individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
Germany
Certain broadcasters in Germany can accept files with AD, these are clearly labelled on the platform when you place your order:
Please refer to Audio Channel Configurations for the correct channel layout. Broadcasters who can't yet accept AD must be sent files without additional audio channels.
Clearance
Compliance checks are handled by the individual broadcasters once they receive the spot from XR, no pre-clearance required.
Other Important Information
Austria
Your media agency will provide you with a Sujet number that should be added to the relevant field when you place your order.
If you are delivering to ORF, you will be provided with an ORF Agenturnummer and ORF Produktnummer which should also be added to you order.
Infomercials longer than 12 minutes have to be marked with "Dauerwerbesendung" from first frame to the end of the spot
Germany
A Motiv number will be provided by the media agency and should be added to the relevant field on the your order.
Infomercials longer than 90 sec have to be marked with "Dauerwerbesendung" from first frame to the end of the spot
Switzerland
A SUISA number will be provided by the media agency and should be added to the relevant field on the your order.
Files between 60 and 89 seconds long have to be marked with "Werbung".
Files longer than 90 seconds have to be marked with "Dauerwerbesendung.
The broadcasters M6, TF1 and C8 require a translation of foreign words into French.
