All video signals should comply with ITU-R BT.709-5 and video signals should not exceed the specified limits.

All commercials must be cleared by the censorship department. For censorship applications, the requirements are as below:
• Storyboard (STB) in full colour
• Low res MP4
• Additional documents such as Proof of Claims (POC) or any other supporting documents
Other Important Information
LPF approval number (nombor kelulusan Lembaga Penapis Filem): All commercials and promotions approved by the Malaysian Film Censorship Board (Lembaga Penapis Filem or LPF) must clearly and legibly display the LPF approval number (nombor kelulusan Lembaga Penapis Filem) for at least five seconds. This number must appear in the bottom-left corner of the screen, within the title safe area.

Radio Television Malaysia (RTM) - The full KP number must be present in-vision for the first 5 seconds of the commercial. Example layout: K/P: KKMM/060/2017
Media Prima and RTM - It is mandatory to attach to the order all supporting documentation.
