Ecuador requires HD material to be within 4:3 Title Safe.
For Mexico, please ensure that all descending letters remain within the title safe margins; do not use the margin as a baseline.

All video signals should comply with ITU-R BT.709-5 (HD) or ITU-R BT.601-7 (SD) and video signals should not exceed the specified limits.

Out of gamut tolerance
Whilst XR and the Broadcasters will reject illegal video levels they understand there may be instances where it is difficult to completely avoid, and following EBU recommendation Rec.103-2000 will allow a small tolerance, assuming that no more than 1% of the active picture is in error.

Argentina
- Files must be registered with ENACOM. The registration number is no longer required to be included on the slate.
- Broadcasters can accepts all durations as long as the exact duration is specified on the slate. Some broadcasters might round up the duration on their end.
- Clock ID can exceed 18 characters.
Brazil (Pan Regional Only)
As per ANCINE requirements, the following information is mandatory for the slate, and must be completed in Portuguese. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the client or agency to specify on the slate whether the material is captioned.

Chile
A Megatime Code is required for delivery to Chile and should be added to your order. The code is obtained from your Media Agency and typically consists of 6 digits.
Some broadcasters will accept commercials with additional frames, e.g. 00:00:59:12. XR cannot guarantee that all broadcasters will accept non exact duration.
Colombia
Clearance is required for RCN, Caracol, and NTN24 by submitting materials and respective documents to the privately-run clearance body, Consorcio. XR can assist creating the file to spec and uploading to Consorcio, but we will need the slate and filename provided by the local agency submitting paperwork and payment, as it all must match. The approval number is not required on the slate.

Ecuador
At least 80% of the ad must have been produced locally.
Mexico
Under COFEPRIS (Comision Federal para la protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios – Federal Commission for Sanitary Risk Protection), health disclaimers are required for any product directly affecting health. For example: medication, alcoholic beverages, food items, beauty and home cleaning products.
Font: Helvetica, Font Size: 18. Display on screen for 3 seconds minimum.

Panama
Local versioning and registration is required, this must be done by a local agency.
Venezuela
The Registro Informacion Fiscal, RIF, needs to be added to the beginning of the TVC:
In total, 12 characters long. The first character is E, I, J, or V, followed by a hyphen (-), eight digits, hyphen (-), another digit, for example: V-12345678-0.
