Getting Started

Go to www.promostream.tv and sign in using your login credentials.

Create an Ingest Order

1. Click Ingest in the navigation menu.
2. Fill in the required fields.
3. Click Ingest New Video.
4. Log in to your FTP client.
5. Upload the video file using the ISRC as the file name.
6. Notify the Promostream team that the upload is complete.
7. The file will go through quality checks. If it passes, it will be ingested into the system

Note: If you assigned a plugger during the ingest process, they will be notified automatically once the file is ingested. In this case, you do not need to follow the setup steps below.

Setting Up a Video

1. Click Manage Videos.
2. Find the video under Videos Requiring Set Up.
3. Click Set Up Video.
4. Complete all required fields in Steps 1 through 4.

5. Click Save Changes.

    

Editing an Existing Video

1. Click Manage Videos.
2. Scroll down to the Videos Live on System table.
3. Click Edit Video next to the relevant video.
4. Make any necessary changes.

5. Click Save Changes.

    

Order Notifications

When a broadcaster places an order for a video, you will receive a notification indicating one of the following:

• You need to approve the delivery, or

• The destination is pre-approved and delivery is already in progress.
