Getting Started

A music video will be assigned to you by a record label.

Go to www.promostream.tv  and sign in using your login credentials.

Setting Up a Video

1. Click Manage Videos in the top navigation.
2. Find the video under Videos Requiring Set Up.
3. Click Set Up Video.
4. Complete all required fields in Steps 1 through 4.

5. Click Save Changes to finish.

    

Editing an Existing Video

1. Click Manage Videos.
2. Scroll down to the Videos Live on System table.
3. Click Edit Video next to the relevant video.
4. Make your changes as needed.

5. Click Save Changes.

    

Order Notifications

When a broadcaster places an order for a video, you’ll receive a notification letting you know:

• You need to approve the delivery, or

• The destination is pre-approved and delivery is already in progress.

   

Tracking Orders

To check the status of any order at any time, click Manage Orders in the navigation menu.
