Getting Started
Go to www.promostream.tv and sign in using your login credentials
Reviewing Videos
Once logged in, you will be able to see all the latest videos displayed as thumbnails, with the most recent uploads shown first.
- To review a video, simply click view below the video you are interested in.
- To browse the full library, click View all videos
Using Playlists
Want to view multiple videos together? You can create a playlist:
- Click the Add to Playlist on the righthand side of the video preview.
- After selecting all the videos you want, click Playlists in the top navigation bar.
- From there, you can view and manage your playlist.
Ordering Videos
To order a video:
- Click Order Video on the right-hand side of the video preview.
- On the order confirmation page, you can add a note to the record label if needed.
3. Click Submit Order to complete your request.
Order Workflow
- Order Submitted – Your request is received.
- Approval Process – The order is sent to the label or plugger for approval.
- Encoding Queue – Once approved, the video is queued for encoding.
- Transcoding – The file is converted into your specified delivery format.
- Delivery – The video is either delivered to your destination or made available for download.

Notification – You’ll receive an email once the file transfer is complete.
