Some commercials are made with low/quiet audio for creative reasons. To avoid these files being rejected or automatically normalised during AQC, it's important for the uploader to flag within Media Manager that the audio is intentionally quiet.
Firstly upload the file to Media Manager. If the AQC detects low audio it will show an "Audio is too quiet" warning, followed by the measurement:
Locate and check the 'Intentionally quiet commercial" tick box:
The AQC process will start again:
This time the AQC will ignore the low audio levels and won't attempt to make adjustments.
