Australia

Clearance via Clear Ads/CAD is mandatory for all "Free to Air" stations in Australia. XR advises that you apply for CAD approval regardless of the station list, then the same ad can be despatched to any stations in the future.

Clear Ads/CAD approval lasts for 2 years, after this, the key number will need to be reapproved in case laws have changed and the material is no longer acceptable for on air.

New Zealand

Clearance via The Commercial Approvals Bureau (CAB) is mandatory for all stations in New Zealand.
