My billing dashboard shows a negative balance, but I don't see any credits on my account.
Is this an error?
No, your dashboard is displaying accurate information. A negative balance typically means you have unapplied payments or unapplied credit memos on your account that exceed your current open invoices.
Your balance is calculated as: Total Open Invoices − Unapplied Credits − Unapplied Payments.
