If your Adstream (A5 XR) password has expired, you can easily set a new one yourself.
A5 XR login page: https://a5.xr.global/
When your password has expired
Go to https://a5.xr.global/
Enter your email address and your current (expired) password.
Click Log in.
Because your password is expired, you will be taken to a “Refresh Password” page.
On the Refresh Password page:
Enter your current (expired) password in the Current Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Re‑enter the same password in Confirm Password.
Click Refresh (or Change Password).
If your new password meets the security rules shown on screen, you will be logged into Adstream (A5 XR) platform and your password expiry is reset.
If you don’t remember your expired password
If you cannot remember your old password:
Go to https://a5.xr.global/
Click Forgot password? under the login form.
Enter your email address, then click Reset password.
Check your email inbox and open the A5 XR password reset email.
Click the reset link in the email.
On the Reset Password page, enter and confirm your new password, then submit.
You can now log in at https://a5.xr.global/ using your new password.
If the reset email does not arrive
If you clicked Forgot password? but did not receive an email:
Check your Spam/Junk folder.
Make sure you entered the correct and valid email address.
If you still do not receive it, contact your internal IT help desk or contact Global XR support team at adminsupport@extremereach.com
