The following article provides guidance for placing a radio order on a5.xr.global.
Before you begin placing your order, familiarise yourself with the relevant technical requirements for each market.
To get started, navigate to the radio module from the Delivery dropdown menu:
Start a New Order
- Click “New Order”

Select delivery market
Step 1: Add Order information
- Fill in the required fields.
- If you don't see the advertiser you require in the dropdown, click ADD ADVERTISER AND PRODUCT
Step 2: Upload audio files
- Upload Multiple Assets: Select and upload multiple files at once.
- Upload Single Asset: Upload one file at a time.
- Add from Library: Redeliver previously submitted idents.
After uploading:
- Enter the Duration (mandatory)
- Enter the Ident Number
If there's a mismatch between declared and actual duration, an alert will appear. You can edit the duration or re-upload the correct file.
Step 3: Upload documents
To upload campaign related documents:
- Click upload documents
- Select the file(s) from your local computer
- Click upload files
If you are placing an order for multiple idents you can link a document to a specific ident by selecting it from the Associated audio file dropdown.
Step 4: Add Destinations
Click Add Destinations
- Packages: For some markets, stations are grouped into sales packages. Select the package to avoid having to add each station individually.
- Market: Lists all of the destinations within the market
- Search: Allows you to search for specific stations and lists your current selections
- My favourites: Clicking the SAVE SELECTION button allows you to save a group to stations for future orders. Once saved, the selection will be found under My favourites.
This symbol
indicates that the station is part of a larger group, hover over it to see the group name. If you select multiple stations that are part of the same group, you will only be charged for one delivery.
Once you have chosen all your stations, click add destinations.
If you have multiple assets on your order, ticking Add destinations to all will apply your selection to all assets.
Confirm Your Order
You've now entered all the required information and will be presented with a summary and if applicable an order quotation that provides a cost breakdown.
Tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click Confirm order.
As soon as your audio is made available to stations, you will receive a PDF delivery report via email.
