How do I know if I've Registered on the Payee Portal?

Why am I not receiving an email when requesting a Password Reset Email?

What do I do if the system says that my DOB or SSN are wrong?  

Contact payeesupport@extremereach.com as these pieces of information may be incorrect on our end. Support will ask the information to be confirmed on your end and will loop in Payroll teams to assist with updating and sending a new invite.

How do I update my phone number if I cannot verify my account with SMS?  

Contact payeesupport@extremereach.com to assist with updating the phone number on file. Please note, we will need to confirm your identity before updating the phone number.

How do I reset my password for the Portal?  

Portal.extremereach.com/login features a Password Reset link underneath the login boxes. Please follow the instructions included on the page. 

What do I do if my account is Suspended?  

Contact payeesupport@extremereach.com to unlock the account and they will send a reset link.

How do I know what tools are available to me on the Payee Portal?

If you are a Commercial Performer:

  • You can view your current personal information, view your corporation, and opt out of two factor authentication
  • View and download pay statements
  • View and download tax documents

If you are Entertainment Production Crew:

  • You can view your current personal information, view your corporation/project, and opt out of two factor authentication and printed pay stubs
  • Set up direct deposit for Individual and/or Loan Out Entity
  • View and download pay statements
  • View and download tax documents

What do I do if my Bank is not listed in Direct Deposit Setup?  

Hit "Cancel" and then "Add Direct Deposit Manually".  Manual Entry will be available once you hit "Cancel" after trying to add a Bank that is not available.

NOTE: To ensure no funds are sent to an incorrect account, please make sure to double and triple-check the Routing and Accounting number you manually enter.  

How do I update my Direct Deposit info to a new Bank?  

  • De-Activate the old bank using the "Edit" button on Direct Deposit Setup
  • Uncheck the "Activate Direct Deposit" check box
  • Change the Processing order on the old bank to "3" (or any number besides 1)
  • Hit "Save"
  • Add the new bank as normal and ensure Processing Order is set to "1"

How do I access my W2s if they are not available on the Portal?  

Access the portal via Incognito Mode on a desktop browser.

NOTE: Only W2s from 2022 for Entertainment Production Crew and 2024 for Commercial Performer and subsequent years will be available on the portal.  For any previous years' W2s, please reach out to w2@extremereach.com

How do I download my Pay Stubs if I cannot download them on the Portal?

Access the portal via Incognito Mode on a desktop browser. 

If you still have trouble, please reach out to payeesupport@extremereach.com and they will connect you with your payroll coordinator to assist with sending PDF copies via email.
