Obtaining logs when logged in to Sendplus Desktop Application

SendPlus no longer requires users to obtain their logs manually. Users can select the "Send Logs to Support team" button in their settings.

  • The user must be able to sign on successfully in order to provide logs.
  • Once signed onto the SendPlus Desktop Client, select the settings button on the bottom left corner, represented by a cog wheel.

In the settings area there is a button for "Send logs to Support team".

Obtaining logs when not logged in to Sendplus Desktop Application 

In case of an issue with logging in to Desktop Application, the "Send Logs to Support Team" functionality is not available. Therefore, the logs should be obtained manually from the filesystem.

Below are the paths to the log files for Windows OS and Mac OS X

Windows OS

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Sendplus\logs

Mac OS X

/Users/{user_name}/Library/Application Support/Sendplus/Logs (it may be is a hidden folder)
