XR is a community-minded organisation. We support Charities and non-profit entities. XR Australia seeks to be fully aware of each cause we actively engage in and wish to pre-approve all charitable endeavours of the company. This enables stronger and more informed assistance, plus the opportunity to promote your valuable cause.

Requesting a CSA

To be eligible for the discounted CSA Rate we require a formal letter requesting the discount and a copy of one of the following proof of Charity documents, before placing your order:

• ATO Endorsement as an income-exempt charitable entity
• ATO Endorsement as a deductible gift recipient
• ATO Notice of endorsement for Charity concessions
• Office of Charities –Authority to fundraise for Charitable purposes

Costs & Material Delivery

Material can only be booked as a Standard delivery (overnight priority) within Australia. Please refer to XR technical guidelines for TVC specifications:

• CSA Rate HD - $60 (per key number, per station, ex-GST)

Exclusions

Please note not all deliveries are included in this CSA Rate. Exclusions are:

• Immediate HD deliveries
• All NZ Destinations
• Cinema deliveries

Advising Broadcasters of CSA Material

Please advise TV Broadcasters that CSA material will arrive via XR. Broadcasters will have specific requirements regarding CSA material, please apply directly to Broadcasters for this information.

CSA Clearance

ClearAds provides a 50% discount on all services for advertisers registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). ClearAds will request the advertiser’s ABN to confirm the charity status before applying the discounted rate.
