XR has hundreds of print checks and fixes with various levels of severity. Most file errors can be automatically fixed. Each check setting checks for a feature in the job and allocates a severity to it
| Fault: Prevents the job from being delivered. Faults in the file prevent it frombeing accepted and delivered. Fixes cannot be applied to faults meaning the filecannot be optimised | |||
| Warn: Shows that there is a serious problem with the file | |||
| Note: Similar to a warning, and can identifies a feature such as "this file has bleed" for indemnity reasons | |||
| Warn + Fix: a warning that Quickprint can fix during optimisation | |||
Note: Operators determine fixes through preference settings.
